FIRST OTAGO BOARD AT ■ PALMER,STON. The First Otago Military Service Board sat at iPalmerston; jjesterday. The Board consisted of Mr H, Y. Waddowsoii, S.M., chairman, Mr A. D. Bell, ami Mr E, Kellett. Captain Free, attached to the N.Z.S.C., Otago District, represented the Defeuco Department, Captain Redmond, of the local Defence office was also present.
