In his proclamation General Weber summons General'' Vochovitch to surrender himself as a prisoner within live days, otherwise his father and brother, already \,-irrestod, will be hanged. A warrant of arrest has been 'issued against General Vochovitch and bis two brothers, and a reward of 50,000 crowns is offered for their capture, It is believed that they are biding in the Albanian mountains."] ■
