For Hie last few years she has been continuing her successful career in Australia, taking the champion prize at the Sydney Royal Show last year for tlio best of the breed, male or female, when 14 years old, Slio is acknowledged to be the best-bred mare in the Southern Hemisphere, Fyvie Jackson's dam, Princess Fanny 2nd, unfortunately met with an accident when a foal, which unfits her for show purposes, Ilia sire, Baron Fyvie, was never beaten at Home, taking the champion ship at tlic Ayr and Royal shows, for the best male animal of tlio breed, when 2 years old. Ho is now acknowledged to bo tlio champion horse of N.Z. All tlio above-named sires were well known in their day as champions, and can bo traced back for over 50 years. It will thus be seen from the above pedigree that it cannot bo equalled, and that Fyvie Jackson is sprung from tho purest of the pure on both sides, therefore must be a success as a breeder.
