Per Press Association. A Dairy farmer named Thos. Bevans, single, was found dead at Kaituna yesterday. The Tramway Board hasdetido'd to jhtoild club rooms for its employees. The building will cost £BOO, and will include billiard and social rooms. The delivery of suburban telegrams by motor cycles was instituted from the city telegraph office yesterday, system obviates the necessity of telephoning to the subuVban stations. It is estimated that it will reduce the delay inl trammission by fully one-half. Under the City Council's bylaws every driver of a motorcar and rider of a motor-cvcle must be licensed. 347' certilwates have been issued to date to private car owners and ]/>7 to professionals'.
