TERRITORIAL CAMP.
The D'st company J Territorials, ■about liio, arrived to town this morning from Kurow, Duntroon and intermediate siations, and proceeded io the A, and P, Association's grounds, • where the camp is situated. The men, under the supervision of Sergeant-Major KillMcwhitc, set willingly to work in treating the tents and marquees. The A, B and H companies marched irom the Dc-| fence Kali last evening, headed by 1 the loth Regimental liawl. I No. 1 troop train arrived at 8.J5, j bringing upwards of 200 men from stations north of Ueaelilf. .So. 2 | troop train arrived at 10 : 3'J with a 1 furthci 200 men fro.x Clyde, Wanaka 1 and Queens'own distn-'is. To-day' a train arrives from Inveriargill and PuceiMn. It is expected that dose on 800 men will be under canvas. The camp will b e in charge of Colj Mahan. General Godby will lie in camp on Saturday, Sunday and] Monday. ! The men will remain in camp huring the week, and a thor .i'ig'n course of drill will be carried out.
