SCHOOL VAOATIONS.
• WESTON SCHOOL, The school broke up on Wcdiieaday for tho 'holidays, when the prizeswere 'distributed by Mrs J. R. Mitchell, wife of the esteemed Chairman of Committee. A slight memento, was also presented the Rev.' Mr'' Roseveare ftom the pupils of his class for religious instruction Mr Kelly,in presenting it, referred to the able way in whioh the class was conducted, and . the' good likely to result from the teaching of the Scriptures. . . "Mr Rosevearei said that the class was a delight to him, and that' his work was made, easy for him by the assistance rendered by the teachers, He'took the opportunity of thanking them, "and also the Committee for their continued support. After again thanking the children .he wished them all a happy New Year and a. return to school by and bye reinvigorated for work.
