TRAFALGAR DAY CELEBRATIONS.

Uy Telegraph. Nelson, October 21. The Trafalgar celebration was a great success. Ho was presented with a trowel and mallet, and laid the stone, after which the AttorneyGeneral delivered nn address. Ills Excellency was then entertained at luncheon at the College house. The band ployed "The Death of Nelson,''' after which the British nnd French flags were raised together, and "God n g" was rendered.
