Counsel wh.oV appeared for sreditors who had proved tlioir debts fourteen or fifteen years ago, said there iviis a suit in Engla'nll to administer the eal and personal estate of thetate, Irish leader, but the funds were in Ireland.. lie-was willing to transfer them, but; he did not want to send too much to England, as he hoped some provision might be made out of these funds for Mr* Parciell's dowry., Mr Henry Camp-, bell, ox-M.P., town clerk of Dublin, formerly Mr Pnrnell's private secretary, and new one of the creditors of tho estate, mentioned as an instance of tlifl hardship caused by delay that a few days before Mi' Parnell died his agent bought somo. cattle from a dealer in the neighbourhood of Enthdrum, The cattle, which were not paid for, re-! maincd on the estate, and the dealer, could not got them back. A \ sum of about £650 was owing 1o this man; tho result was that his credit was destroyed, and ho died in poverty, H|s cliildrai, wore still waiting for the money, Mr Justice Ross said he would jjrt the case in the list- for Monday, and notice-would bo given to Mrs Paraell's solicitors. He should expect, to be supplied with a sohonie suggesting how touch money ought to be kept for Mrs Pnrnell's join-, turo and how much should be sent to the English courts,
