A technical objection to the usual methods of issuing a prohibition order was upheld by Mr Greenfield, S.M., and inralidates all existing orders. The point is that the names of the licensees to whom the orders are addressed are not inserted on the back of the order prior to its being signed by the Justices, instead of when the constable makes affidavit of service.
