Barley. — Ihe demand for prime malting is good, and bright plump lines of this description sell readiiy at 2s 3d to 2s 6d ; medium malting,' 2s 2d to 3s Id ; feed and milling, 2a to 2s 6d per bushel (sacks extra). Potatoes. — Old Derwents are now quito unsaleable. A few lines of kidneys reached ns in time for to-day's sale, and as the market is somewhat bare these topped last week's quotations by about L 2 per ton. B«tt kidneys, L8 to L8 10s ; others, L 6 to L 7 ; Derwents, 12s 6d to 20a per ton (sacks in). Chaff. — Supplies forward are quite sufficient to satisfy immediate requirements, and values are slightly easier. Best oaten sheaf, L 3 7s 6d to L 3 12s 6d ; medium, L 3 to L 3 5s per ton (bags extra).
