DUNEDIN. June 20.
The weather was frosty all to-day, anj the snow, which had not melted, j was tiarapled into ice, As the froat increased in the evening, it became dangerous to walk on the pavement, especially on the hills, where on the shady sido3 three or four inches of enow were lying. The Education Board to-day returned a letter from P. B. Fraser, late teacher ab Waiareka, who had made charges against the inspector, on which the Board held an inquiry, and reported nearly two months ago.
