At the Supreme Oourfc to-day there was only one prisoner for trial, J. Costigan, for two misdemeanoura under the Bankruptcy Act. Ho was ncquittod of incurring a debt without a prospect of paying, but was found guilty of failing to keep proper bookw, and oontoncod to ono month. Judge Donnieton also heard argument in an appeal from the II. M. Court, and reserved his decis-iou. Tho buiinoss of the session is completed,
