TO THIS KWJL'OK. Sin, — I would like to ask the question if tho streets of this town are lot out us an arena- for horse racing. If bo tho public should bo notified, so that they may bo enabled to protect their lives and limbs by avoiding such danger, which may occur from fatfc trotting and racing as has been seen in Thames and Tees Btroota to-day. — I am, etc, Nekvou.s Citizkn.
