GISBORNE. June 14.
It the Validation Court it was announced that all parties in tho Paremata case had agreed to a settlement on the lines suggested by the tudge, viz., that the mortgage to the bank, which expires within tlireo years, shall stand good, and receivers shall be appointed under the direct control of tho Court to administer the estate for the naiires, and pay off tho •mount of the mortgage.
