HAWERA. May 30.
The second charge of horso-atealing Against John and Murdoch M'Lean and Albert Young was concluded to-day. Accused reserved their defence and were committed for trial. Young's bondsmen applied to bo released, saying that Young *as being offered monoy to clear out. The application was granted.
