HOKITIKA. June 24.
John Stevens, a young man, had a boxing match I »st night. He received no punishment and had been rubbed down and dressed. He was sitting on a box in the room about a quarter of an houv afterwards talking, when he fell over and died almost immediately. An inquest was held to day when heart disease was found to be the cause.
