Tho R. M, Court was ocoup ; od today with a caeo ia wh eh Straohan and Co., Duned'n, euod A. Saodel, of tho Star Hotel, for beer which he found inferior after delivery, and refused to pay for. Judgment was given for tho dofendant with costs, amounting to LI 0, the R. M. holding that tho beer was inferior, and the attention of tho plaintiff had beon drawn to the matter within a reasonable timo aftor delivery.
