Awamoa is the Sire of tbe Celebrated Colt Regent, sold in March, 1888, for the high price of 350 guineas, and yearling*, both colts and fillies were sold at the same time at from 30 to 50 guineas ; also of the first prize two-year old filly at Oamaru in 1888.
