It will thus be seen that this colt is come from the very best draught strains on -both sides. No Surrender was placed third as a yearling at Oamaru and Dunedin ihows, but in tIBBSt 1885 as a two year eld he completely turned >'the tables on his former competitors, and took first at Oamaru and first at Dunedin. Last year he took firtt prize at Oamaru and first at Dunedin as a three -year- old. In 1886 the owner served 12 of his own mares witn No Surrender, and 11 have proved to be in foal.
