Potatoes — 1 ho market is well Btooked with Darwents, which are dull of sale. We would direct vendor!*' attention to future consign* ments, and for their benefit trust they will be oareful in picking over, as several lots have recently reaohed us in very bad condition and had to be sold at a low rate. We quote prime fresh picked Derwente, 70s to 75s ; inferior, 40« to 60a ; kidneys are slow of sale at 60s to 70s per ton.
