Prince Alexander of Bulgaria is being removed to Bucharest, the capital of Roumenia. There are symptoms of a revulsion of feeling in favor of th» deposed Prince being manifested by the Bulgarian army.

The debate on the Addreaa-in-Reply was resu ied in the House of Commons yesterday. Sir Michael HicksBeach, Chief Secretary for Ireland, stated that the Government would do their utmost to ensure the prosperity of Ireland, while at the same time maintaining the Union with that country. The Marquis of Hartington expressed his approval of the policy of the Government instituting an enquiry into causes of discontent in Ireland, Hi« Lordahip asserted that that country required reßt, and in concluding his Hpeech promised to give the measures introduced by the Government fair consideration.
In the House of Com monß yesterday, Mr Edward Stanhope, Secretary of State for the CoJoaies, denied the truth of the announcement made in the French newspaper La Liberte that England had proclaimed a protectorate over the Ellice Group.
