The semi-official Berlin Post, the organ of Prince Bismarck, in an article to-day, expresses an opinion that the deposition of Prince Alexander solves the situation, in eastern Europe, which had become one of danger. Austria, Germany, and Turkey, it states, acquiesce in the Prince's deposition. The Post further maintains that the event frustrates England's hope that the solution of the Eastern Question would be secured by a duel between Austria and Russia, without a sacrifice on her part.
