A very steady rain hag been falling bldco noon yesterday. The river is flooded, and ia Btill rising. The bar is rough. The steamers Ohau and Pelham have been outside s'nee yesterday early, and the Wdllabi with cattle from Wanganul. It ia etill raining hard.
