GREYMOUTH.

June 4.

Mr Guinness, M. H. R. , addressed a larg* meeting of his constituents at the Public Hall this evening, the mayor in the chair. He apoke over two hours in reviewing his own actions and the work of the session. He was listened 10 attentively throughout, and received a hearty and unanimous vote of confidence at the close. An amendment of no confidence was proposed, but only one hand waa held up for it.
