INTERPROVINCIAL CRICKET MATCH.

Dunedin, February 20.
The return iuterprovincial match began to-day on the Carisbrook ground. The weather was lovely, but tho attendance was very small, Canterbury won the toaa, and went in. Milton and W. J. Cotterill made a lengthy stand, but with the exception of Dunlop, O. Frith'a bowling proved too good for the rest. He took three wickets in three successive balls.
