Vienna, April 14, The Austrian Delegations opened to-day. In his address on the occasion, the President, loforring to the disotder in tho Southern Provinces, expressed the hope that the Province of Bosni i would eventually be nbaorbed into tho Austrian-Hungarian Empire.
St. Petersburg, April 14. A rumor is current here to the effect that a mine, which was intended to bo exploded at the forthcoming coronation of the Czar, has been discovered under the cathedral at Moscow. It is further stated that eighty arrests have beon made in consequence of the discovery.
Melbourne, April 15. It is stated that Mr Gillies, who was formerly Minister of Railways, has been offered and has refused the position of Clerk to the Legislative Assembly at a salary of LI OOO a year.
