The steamer Beautiful Star arrived yesterday from Duuedin with a general cargo, and sailed again for that port in the afternoon with a cargo of wool, oto. The brigantine Clansman arrived from Wellington yeiterday with a oargo of timber. The ketch Palmenton (ft. Sumpter, agent) aarived in port yesterday from Catlins River wi'h a cargo of railway sleepers. The Westport Colliery Company's steamer Kangaroo arrived yesterday from Westport with a cargo of ooal for the railway. The barque May Qufen was yesterday towed by the Beautiful Star to the outer anchorage, where ihe will o m pie to her loading. She will be ready for nea in about six days' time The brigantine Kndeavour cleared at Wellington for this port on Monday last.
