For Northern Ports of New Zealand, NewSouth Wales, Queensland, Sandwich Islands, etc., per Hawea at 11.50 a.m. San Francisco Bervice, per Hawea, as under: : For United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, North and South America, West Indies, etc., at 11 50 a.m. For Money Orders and Registered Letters at 11.10 a.m. Late letters can be posted at thft Chief Post Office, Oamaru, up till 12.10 p.m., also in travelling post office attached to Northern Express, provided such letters are stamped with an additional single rate of postage, 6d, as a late fee, up till departure of train. The adjourned annual meeting of the Harbor Board fixed to take place at eleven o'clock yesterday morning again lapsed for want of » quorum, and now stands adjourned for a fortnight.
