Adelaide wheat, ex warehouse, 50s 6d ; Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, 34s 6d ; New Zealand wheat, ex ship, 455. The markets for Australian wheat and tallow are firm. In the House of Commons to-dny, the Right Hon. W. E. Forster, Chief Secretary for Ireland, asked leave to introduce a Bill empowering the Viceroy of Ireland to issue warrants for the arrest and detention of all persons suspected of treason, and to take steps to restrict the possession of arms in any distriot.
