Melbournb, Deo. 10. Mr Munro, in tho Assembly, gave notice of motion to address the Governor, asking that a satisfactory measure for the reform of tho Constitution should be oarried during tho present session.
London, Deo. 8. The total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain is 2,120,000 quarters. The Queen's health continues to improve. Her Majesty recently invested several officers with the order of the Bath, «t Windsor. Brennan hat been committed for trial, bail being allowed. Mr Gladstone has been returned. Tt has been notified that the New Zealand Government will abstain from afresh loan for three years.
Calcutta, Dec. 8. The Ghilzais and others at Forowla out off supplies from going to Cabul. Brigades tinder Generals Baker and Maopherson have been despatchltt to attack and punish them. ______^_^___
