NAPIER. May 21.

The inquest on the body of Mm M'Lennan, who is supposed to have been poisoned by her husband to obtain her life insurance money, is to be resumed on Friday. A great number of witnesses hare come from a distance, including Dr Hector, who analysed the stomach of the deceased, and found arsenic in large quantities. Several meetings of creditors hare been held this week. In all the cases but one the estates showed a large surplus, the suspension being due to the present monetary pressure, consequent on inability to realise property with which to pay off overdrafts.
