(REUTERS— PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) London, March 31.

Sir Charles Dilke's motion, censuring the Government on account of the Zulu war, was lost by 305 to 246, showing a majority of 60 for the Government. The Board of Trade returns show the revenue for the year to be eighty-three millions, or an increase of three millions and a third, which is contributed* chiefly by the income tax and Customs revenue.
