BIRCHWOOD FREEHOLD ESTATE.

This truly Valuable aud Magnificent Estate is situated in the Western District of Southland, and comprises, in all, some 7 "00 acres of first-cla>s land, nearly all being fit for the plough and is without doubt one of the best properties in the South.
