HENRY DRIVER has recived instructions from Messrs J. and T. Maben to offer for sale, at Watson's Hotel, on Friday, 7th February, 1879, at 2.30 o'clock— Tho extensive and valuable property, known as BENMORE >TATION, Comprising about 15,000 acres, Laid off into Farms of areas ranging from 200 to 2000 acres each.

Benmore is situated on the Main Line of Railway from Invercargill to Kingston, about 32 miles from the former place. The lino skirts the property, and there is a Railway Station within half a mile of the Homestead.

Tho land consists mostly of excellent agricultural soil, suitable for the growth of any description of grain or other crops, and can, with the exception of a small portion, be all ploughed. G"od road" intersect the estate, and, with railway communication close by, the position is rendered an admirable one for the despatch of produce to market.

Benmore is surrounded by valuable properties, all being rapidly brought into a high state of cultivation ; and since the productive nature of the aoil in the district has become so well known, the demand for land in the locality it constantly increasing, with a corresponding advance in value.

The Leasehold— consisting of about 16,000 acres, having four years to run, at the Government rent— will be divided similarly to the Freehold, each purchaser obtaining a piece of country of about same extent. nhe Leasehold will be given in, and as it is all commanded by the Freehold Blocks, the buyers of these will be placed in the advantageous position of retaining occupation hereafter almost on their own terms.
