NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in pursuance of the provisions of Section 28 of tho Land Act, 1877, that application is intended to bo mado to tho Waste Lands Board for tho Provincial District of Otago, on bohalf of one W. G. MUNRO, of Otematata, Otago, to purchaso .the land horeunder described, to wit : — » All and whole that parcel of land, part of Run No. 243, Otematata District, County Waitaki, and containing 20 Acres or thereby ; bounded on the South by Main Road, along which it extends 1299*5 links s on the East by a line at right angles to southern boundary, oxtonding Northwards 123(5 ' links ; on the North by bank of Waitaki River, along which it extends 1434*3 links ; and on tho West by a line parallel to Eastern boundary, 1844*3 links to starting point.— as tho said parcel of land is delineated on a plan thereof to bo lodged with application.
