TU"OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all Persons claiming aa their Property any CONTRACTORS' PLANT or MATERIAL remaining ou tho premises of the Chrietclnirch Section of the Now Zealand Railways, oxcopting such as may bo jn use for current contracts, must sond in to tho Resident Engineer at the Railway Station, Christchurch, a writton application for Leave to Remove tho Same, sotting forth full particulars of tho nature aud whereabouts of tho property claimed. All such applications must bo made on or before tho 31st JULY instant, after which date nono will bo received. On tho claim appoaring satisfactory to tho Resident Engineer, ho will givo the claimant a writton order authorising him to enter on tho Railway Premises to remove tho proporty within 14 days from the date of such order. All such Plant or Material unclaimed by tho 31st Jfiily, or not removed within tho time limited as abovo, will bo deemed to bo tho property- of the Crown, and no claim by any person in respect thereof will bo recognised.
