The oase of Turner ?. William Wilion and Monk, which hM oooupied the Supreme Court all the week, waa concluded to-day. The object of the action was to remove Wilaon from the trusteeihip in the estate of the late 0. B. Turner. The evidence for the plaintiff went to show that Wil«on acted as sole trustee during the period of ■evoral yean, and supplied a large quantity of grass ■eed and trees to the estate from his own shop; the former boing bad and highpriced, and the trees planted on the boundary of the estate adjoining Wilton's hop garden, suoh trees not being required for the improvement of the estate ; also that h« mad* sundry investments on.

On the recommondntion of the judge it was deoided to doimrt from the rule of giving jurymen only one guinea for the oat*, and give them one guinea each per day.
