The topsail •ohooner Mary "King armed in port yesterday morning from Wellington, in ballast, for which pott she will load with grain. The Harbor Company's steamer Samson armed on her usual trip at 20 minutes past 2 p.m. yesterday, haying made a good run up, bringing a full cargo and about SO passengers, The ketches Defiance and Jessie cleared outwards at the Customs yesterday, the former for Dunedin, via Moeraki, with 15 tons stone, and the latter for Invereargill, with SO tons stone, 100 sacks flour, and 60 do of pollard. The Matau sailed yesterday morning at 11 o'clock, for Dunedin, taking 30 tons cargo and 12 passengeri. The Clematis has finished her loading, and is expected to sail for Melbonrne this morning. She will take 398 bags barley, and 1396 bags oats, shipped by Mr Sumpter ; 160 bags barley, and 250 oats, by Messrs J. and T. Meek ; 875 bags oats, by Messrs J. and W. Bee ; and 1 cs, by Mr Aitken.
