No entries will be received except upon the condition that the decision of the Stewards iu all cases be final. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse unless the nominator and bona fide owner be subscribers of at least LI Is. to the race fund ; post entries, 10s. Any person entering a protest will have to deposit £1 Is. ; and should such be deemed frivolous by the Stewards, the same will be forfeited. The Dunedin Jockey Clup Rules will be strictly enforced.
