DittTNK and Disobderiy. —J. Macfie, charged with this offence, was dismissed with a caution, J. Adamson, for a similar offence was fined 10s. or 48 hours imprisonment. Minob Offences. —G-. Farr, for being away from his horse and cart, and having no control over the same, was fined 6d. and costs ; J. Williams for a similar offence, fined 2s. and costs; S. Newey for allowing a horse to stray, was dismissed upon paying costs ; J. M'Kay was charged with leaving his horse nnd express waggon unattended, there was no appearance of defendant. Fined 5s. and costs.
