J* Herr Burt, the newly appointed Austrian Minister fiat issued a circular, stating his intention to abandon dis political antecedents, and that Austria's future policy is peaceful ; that tho army is tojbe reorganised, Imd that the marriage between Humbert, eldest son ttf Victor Emmanuel, and tho Princess Mathildo daughter of the Archduke Albert of Austria, which it on tho tapis, is expected to cement the peace between the two countries.
