NOTICE. TT^E BEG TO ANNOUNCE that wo have DISPOSED OF OUR BUSINESS to our Mr ROXBY and CAPTATN GODFREY, and tho present Firm will, after the 10th February, only exist for the pin-pose of liquidation. OAMARU BOAT SERVICE. X\fR BEG TO CALL ATTENTION to the following REGULATIONS respecting the conduct of tho BOAT SERVICE on and after the 10th February : — 1. We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage, arising from whatever cause, during tho process of Landing or Shipment ; but every caro will be taken to avoid such loss or damage. 2. All Goods must be removed from tho Beach as landed, and Charges paid, unless special arrangements arc made to the contrary. All parties who do not contract for the delivery of Goods at any place in tho Town, will apply for them at our Stores, where they will be Stored at their risk and expense till called for. 3. By special arrangements, Accounts may bo rendcml and settled Monthly, as heretofore. TRAILL, ROXBY & CO, Oanmru, 8th February, 18G6.
