Insolvent Estates. Victoria Chambers, Manse-street, Dunedin, February 2lst, 1866. FTUIE Attention of Trustees of INSOLVENT ESTATES is directed to Clause 11 of the " Debtors' and Creditors' Act Amendment Act, 18GS:"— " XT. Every seguestrator and trusteo shall within such time and in such manner as the inspector may from time to time prescribe in that behalf render to such inspector full and exact statements of all accounts transactions matters and things whatsoever in any way relating to tho sequestrated estate and ahall from time to time produce vouchers for his accounts, and shall attend the inspector with the same at such times as shall be appointed by him in that behalf and do all other acts whatsoever which shall from time to time bo prescribed in that behalf either by the inspector or by any general regulations so at to explain to the inspector all matters and Hungs whatsoever in any wise relating to tho scqucstnitnl estate or the conduct of the debtor or anything in any way relating thereto."
