Any person removing cattle beyond the boundary of the Hundred other than thoso belonging to him, or for tho removal of which he shall have duo authority, shall forfeit and pay for every such offence any sum not exceeding five pounds. 10. The Wardens have fixed an assessment of one shilling for the current year for every head of great cattle depastured on the Hundred, to be paid to the Secretary before the end of the present month of February. 11. All or any of the aots authorized by these Bye-laws to be done by the Wardens, or a majority of them, may be done by any Ranger, or any porson duly appointed by them, or authorised on that behalf.
