Q ALE OF CROWN LANDS.— Block TV., OTEPOPO DISTRICT.— Notice is Hereby Giren, tliat His Honor the Superintendent will remove the reserves from Block IY., Otcpopo District (formerly set apart for Acclimatisation purposes), on MONDAY, the 12th day of FEBRUARY next, on and after which date applications for the purchase of the land, or any part thereof, comprised within tho snid Block, will be received at the Land Office, Dunedin. Block IY., Otepopo, lies about seven miles to the South of Oamaru Township, and is bounded on tho North by the Kakanui River, on the East by the Ocean. The Otepopo Bush is about five miles distant, and the land contained within tho Block is well-adnpted for agricultural purposes. W. H. CUTTEN, Chief Commissioner. Every sequestrator and trustee shall withiu such timo and in such manner as the inspector may from time to time prescribe in that behali render to such inspector full and exact statements of all accounts transactions matters and things whatsoever in any way relating to the sequestrated estate and shall from time to time produce vouchers for his accounts, and shall attend tho inspector with the same at such times as shall bo appointed by him in that behalf and do all other acts whatsoever which shall from time to time bo prescribed in that behalf either by the inspector or by any general regulations so as to explain to tho iuspector all matters and things whatsoever in any wiso relating to the sequestrated estate or the conduct of the debtor or anything in any way relating thereto." The powers conferred by the above-mentioned Act are retrospective, and apply to all Estates in which the benefit of tho Acts of 1862 or 1865 has boen taken, whether by deed of arrangement or petition.
