Mails Close at this Office for Otepopo,Hn,mpden, Palmerston, Waikouaiti, andDunedin, every Monday Wednesday, and Friday, at 8 p.m. For Waitaki River, Timarn, Akaroa, Christchurch and Lyttclton, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, at 8 p.m. For Low and Bruce's, Oamarama, and Morvern Hills, every Monday, at 8 p.m.
The Mail will close for England at this office on PEIDAY, the 15th last., at 8 p.m. C. LEMON, 'Postmaster. Post-office, Oamaru, f-ept. 6th, 1865.
fiSiT NOTICE.— Subscribers are respectfully informed that the next Half-year's Subscription to this Journal, in advance, falls due to-mor-row, the 25th August. Prompt payments or remittances will much oblige, and especially from the Country, finding, as we do, considerable inconvenience in the collection of accounts in the outlying districts. F.
