Personal Miss Mercia Milich is holiday-mak-ing in the south. Mr. Alf Blucher is absent from this district, on holiday bent. We are glad to welcome Mr. and Mrs. Srhoj Snr. home again .after their long stay around Auckland and are very pleased to know that Mrs. Srhoj Is feeling in better health.
AUSTRALIAN PROFESSIONAL GOLFER VON NIDA Visit to Whangarei Of what will prove to be of ex ceptional interest to alj golfers, is the fact that Norman Von Nida is paying a visit to Whangarei and will play there the local professional, James Galloway. This game will be played on Tuest day. March 15, during the afternoon. It is anticipated that golfers will travel very many miles to see this master of the game who is so recently from a very successful tour of the U.S.A.
