KAITAIA CLUB’S OPENING At the first Club night of the season, held by the Kaitaia Table Tennis Club on Tuesday evening, a short general meeting was held at which officers were elected for the ensuing year. Mr. E. Clarke was elected to the Presidency and Mr. Percy Standing to the Vice-Presidency. Secretary - Treasurership will be occupied by Mr. Bob Coulter, while the Commit-
tee will consist of Mesdames Foster and T. White and Mr. Ray Standing. Mr. Rowan Simms was elected Club Captain. *
Non-recorded competition occupied the remainder of the evening. The attendance was good, some 35 members participating. A light supper was served by the lady members.
