WAIPOUA FOREST INSPECTION Organised by the Dargaville Borough Council, an official inspection of the Waipoua Forest took place yesterday. Local personnel included in the inspection party were Mr. E. T. Frost, representing the New Zealand Forest and Bird Protection Society and Mr. R. H. Michie of the Kaitaia branch of the Society. A full report of this inspection will be published in the Northland Age next week.
