NOTICE OF NOMINATION-DAY AND POLLING-DAY In pursuance of the Electoral Act, 1927, I, Erie Greenaway Tyler, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Bay of Islands, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a writ bearing date the 31st day of August, 1943, under the hand of the Cle*k of the Writs, an election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as member for the said district, and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will be noon on the 9th day of September, 1943, and that the poll, if necessary, will he taken at the several polling-places of the said district on the 25th day of September, 1943.
